Do I need a new router?
Not always. The $89 Wi-Fi checkup often fixes problems with better placement and settings alone. If new equipment will help, we’ll tell you what and why before you buy anything.
Is mesh Wi-Fi better than an extender?
Usually, yes. Mesh systems work as one network with one name and hand your devices off smoothly. Extenders often cut speed in half and can cause dropouts.
Can you run a cable to a room without tearing up walls?
Most of the time. We fish cables through walls, attics and basements and finish with a neat wall jack. We’ll explain the route before we start.
Will this help with slow internet?
If the slowdown is inside your home – weak Wi-Fi, old equipment, interference – yes. If the internet plan itself is slow, we’ll show you that with a speed test so you know where the problem really is.
