Prices & payment
How much does it cost?
Most common jobs have a fixed price on the Services & pricing page, and the quote form shows an estimate as you fill it in. Anything else is $65/hour with a written quote before work starts.
Is there a trip fee?
Trips within about 10 miles of Leipsic are free. It’s $15 for about 10–20 miles and $30 for about 20–40 miles. Check your ZIP.
How do I pay?
After the job is done – cash, card, or a payment app (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle). Nothing up front. Businesses can be invoiced, and you get a receipt by email.
Do I have to buy the equipment from you?
No. You can buy your own and we’ll install it, or we can recommend and source reliable equipment for you (small markup for sourcing and handling returns).
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes – $20 off your first job. Just mention it when you request a quote.
Scheduling
How fast can you come out?
Usually within a few days, often sooner. Booking requests are confirmed by call or text.
Can I just call or text?
Of course – call or text 567-376-5863. The online forms are there for when it’s easier to type it out.
What are your hours?
Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm. Closed Sunday. Texts and quote requests sent after hours are answered the next business day.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes – appointments run until 8 pm, Monday through Saturday. Saturdays are the regular $65/hour. Work after 5 pm, and after-hours work for businesses while they’re closed, is $90/hour.
Cameras, Wi-Fi & smart home
Do camera systems need a monthly subscription?
Not with the systems we install. Recordings stay on a recorder at your property and you view them on your phone for free. Some doorbell brands offer optional cloud plans.
My Wi-Fi is slow – do I need a new router?
Not always. The $89 Wi-Fi checkup finds the real cause first – often it’s placement or settings, not the equipment. We’ll only suggest new gear if it will actually help.
Which smart home system should I get?
It depends on your phone, what you already own, and what you want it to do. We’ll recommend something simple that works together – no locking you into one brand.
Computer repair
Do you fix laptops and desktops?
Yes – Windows laptops and desktops: slow computers, viruses and pop-up scams, Windows problems, SSD upgrades, new computer setup and printers. We don’t do hardware repairs like laptop screens, keyboards or charging ports, and we’ll tell you honestly when a computer isn’t worth fixing.
Will I lose my files?
We back up your files before any work whenever possible. If a drive is failing, some data may already be unreadable – for drives that click or aren’t detected at all, we’ll refer you to a data recovery lab rather than risk making it worse.
Do I have to bring my computer in?
No. We can work at your home or business (normal trip fee), or you can drop it off in Leipsic with no trip fee – drop-off is by appointment only, so call or text first. Many problems can also be fixed remotely, starting at $40.
I got a pop-up saying my computer is infected and to call a number. What do I do?
Don’t call the number and don’t let anyone connect to your computer. Close the browser (or restart the computer) – these pop-ups are scams. If you already let someone in or paid, call or text 567-376-5863 and call your bank. How to spot these scams.

Yes – networks, POS systems, cameras, websites and monthly IT care plans. See the business page.
What if something stops working later?
Call or text 567-376-5863. If our install caused the problem, we fix it free for 90 days. Otherwise remote help starts at $40.
