We back up your files before any work whenever possible. Hardware repairs (laptop screens, keyboards, charging ports) aren’t offered.

Often, yes – a $79 SSD upgrade plus a tune-up can make a 5–8 year old PC fast again. If repairs would cost close to a new computer, we’ll say so. How to decide.
How long does it take?
Most tune-ups and virus cleanups are done the same or next day. SSD upgrades and Windows reinstalls usually take a day because we copy your files first.
Do you work on Macs?
Our focus is Windows PCs and laptops. For a Mac, call or text and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Can you remove a virus remotely?
Often, yes – if the computer can get online and you can let us connect. Remote help starts at $40 for the first 30 minutes.
